I'm a sucker for a good garland. It's your birthday? Well, why didn't you say so? I would've made you a garland! Maybe it would have photos, or be made of scalloped tissue paper, or just say 'happy birthday' in felt triangles. It's a bit of an obsession.
(Have you seen the pom garland at Lullaby Lane? Why is it not in my daughters room? I plan on remedying that this week.)
I decided to do a few small crafts for the holiday season this year - all of which were quick, easy, and cheap!
Star Garland: I bought a few of the wooden packs of stars from Hobby Lobby ($1.48 ea) and spray painted them gold. My husband drilled holes in them so I could string them together. Voila. I thought our antlers needed a little holiday lovin'.
This burlap bubble wreath is all over Pinterest, and it didn't disappoint. Find the tutorial here.
Merry Christmas Garland: The cardboard letters came from Hobby Lobby. Again, a simple coat of red spray paint, add holes and string!
